The room was small (as is the case in most budget hotels in London) but clean, with a kettle, biscuits, tea/coffee and so on. The bathroom was clean with a decent shower. The hotel is very close to King's Cross / St. Pancras, and fairly quiet (this form said "bonus question - you stated a preference for a quiet room" - actually, I didn't state that at all, but the room was fairly quiet anyway; despite its proximity to the busy Euston Road, the hotel is on a quiet side road). The bed was comfortable, and there's a large window that can be opened vertically, and even a small balcony - being able to open the window was very nice as it was a very hot day!

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and thoughtful. We arrived early and we were able to leave our luggage before check in while we went into the city. Also staff thought to give us a convenient ground floor room which was more suitable as we had a significant amount of luggage - climbing the stairs would have been less convenient. The room was what I expected for the price and being so close to the Eurostar terminal at St Pancras International. While it was small (expected) it was comfortable and clean and just what we needed to be close to St Pancras for an early departure for Paris the next morning.

Nice clean comfortable room with tea coffee bottled water and shortbread. Shower was good. Location superb for museums West End,railway stations and public transport and plenty of food outlets and public houses nice little park a few feet away. Staff were lovely and it was surprisingly quiet concerning the football was on and plenty of fans around.I will definitely stay again

The hotel was just a short walk from St Pancras station. The staff were very polite and friendly. We were able to access our room even though we were very early. The room was clean and comfortable. Had a good nights sleep It was no trouble to store our bags on departure until we were ready to leave London. Would stay again.

The two staff members I met were very friendly and helpful as I had been travelling on tour and was very unwell. They were only too happy to provide extra assistance with luggage, as there is no lift. Room was a single so very small, however it served the purpose. It was clean and shower was great.
